Code of Conduct

Last updated: 19 September 2026

ZFS is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and follows the AMFI Code of Conduct for mutual fund intermediaries. The list below summarises our commitments. The official code is published by AMFI and prevails if there is any difference; you can read it on the AMFI website.

Our commitments

  1. Investor interest first. We treat your interest as paramount and take steps to protect it in all circumstances.
  2. Compliance. We follow the SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and guidelines on distribution, selling and advertising practices.
  3. Product knowledge. We keep ourselves conversant with each scheme’s SID, SAI and KIM, and share full and latest scheme information with you.
  4. Suitability. We help you choose schemes suitable for your situation and needs. Extra commission or incentive never forms the basis for suggesting a scheme.
  5. Honest communication. We do not guarantee returns, mislead or exaggerate, and we follow SEBI’s requirements on performance disclosures.
  6. No rebating. We do not rebate commission to investors or attract them with gifts or similar inducements.
  7. Transparency. We disclose the commission we earn at the time of investment. See our Disclosure.
  8. Confidentiality. We keep your details, deals and transactions confidential. See our Privacy Policy.
  9. Certification and registration. We hold the required NISM certification and a valid AMFI registration (ARN), and tell AMFI and the AMCs about changes in our details.
  10. Records. We keep the documentation required for the services we provide, as prescribed by AMFI.
  11. Complaints. We handle complaints promptly and fairly. See the grievance steps in our Disclosure and our Escalation Matrix.
