These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zfs.co.in (the “Website”) and the services of Zillion Financial Services (“ZFS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About ZFS

ZFS is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-81955). Please read our Disclosure for our registration details and how we are paid.

2. Information only; no guarantee

Content on the Website is general information about mutual fund products and related services. It is not an offer, solicitation or personalised investment advice. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; schemes do not assure or guarantee returns, and past performance may or may not be sustained in future. Please read our Disclaimer and AMFI Risk Factors.

3. Eligibility

You must be an adult legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to use our services.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Do not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, introduce malicious code, or copy or scrape its content without our written permission.

5. Client portal and third parties

Our client portal and some services are provided through third-party platforms, and transactions are processed by AMCs, RTAs, banks and other intermediaries. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their systems, content or delays.

6. Transactions

Investments are subject to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and terms of the relevant AMC. NAV, allotment, loads and timelines depend on those documents and on processing by the AMC, RTA and banks. Please see our SID/SAI/KIM page.

7. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, logo and design belong to ZFS or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZFS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for losses arising from market movements, or for interruptions or errors in the Website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Communications

By sharing your contact details you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and our services by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out of promotional communication at any time by writing to us.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance-redressal mechanisms of SEBI and AMFI described in our Disclosure, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
