This Privacy Policy explains how Zillion Financial Services (“ZFS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit zfs.co.in (the “Website”), contact us, or use our mutual fund distribution services. By using the Website or sharing your details with us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you use the Quick Contact form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Onboarding and KYC information: to invest in mutual funds, applicable law and the requirements of Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) and KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) call for identity, address, PAN, bank account, nominee and similar details. These are collected through the onboarding and KYC processes and platforms we use, only as required.
• Communications: records of your queries, requests and our service correspondence.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and schedule conversations with you.
• To onboard you, process transactions and service your investments.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC, anti-money-laundering, record-keeping and AMFI/SEBI requirements.
• To send service communications and, where you have agreed, updates about our services. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
• To improve the Website and to protect against fraud or misuse.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• AMCs, RTAs, KRAs and other intermediaries involved in processing your investments and KYC.
• The technology provider that operates our client portal, and banks or payment service providers used to process your transactions.
• Service providers who help us run the Website and communicate with you (for example hosting, analytics and messaging), under confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, courts, law-enforcement or other authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Embedded third-party content, such as maps and social-media links, may also set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Website work.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details private, and do not share OTPs or passwords with anyone. ZFS will never ask you for your password or OTP.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements (including those of SEBI and AMFI). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made under it, you may ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• correct, complete or update your data;
• erase your data, subject to records we must retain by law;
• withdraw consent to processing, which will not affect processing already done lawfully, but may limit the services we can offer; and
• address a grievance about how your data is handled.

8. Children

The Website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

9. Third-party websites

The Website may link to third-party websites (for example AMC, AMFI and SEBI sites). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
