Regular Plans and commission
We deal in Regular Plans only for Mutual Fund Schemes and earn a Trailing Commission on client investments. Disclosure of commission earnings is made to clients at the time of investment. Commission rates can differ across schemes and AMCs.

Details of Scheme level commission on Mutual funds are available with the Relationship Managers and would be produced on demand.
This is on a best effort basis and rates are updated as and when actual rates are received from AMCs.
Direct Plans
The option of a Direct Plan is available to investors for every Mutual Fund Scheme, offering the advantage of a lower expense ratio. We are not entitled to earn any commission on Direct Plans, and hence we do not deal in Direct Plans.
Conflicts of interest
Consistent with the AMFI Code of Conduct, investor interest and suitability to financial needs are paramount, and extra commission or incentive is never the basis for suggesting a scheme. See our Code of Conduct.
Our status and compensation
We are a NISM certified / AMFI registered mutual fund distributor and not an RIA. We get compensated by AMCs. We don't charge any fees for our services.

Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint, you can follow these steps:
- Write to us first at info@zfs.co.in or call +91-91372-86199, describing the issue and the transaction concerned. Our Escalation Matrix shows whom to contact at each level.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES, the SEBI complaints redress system.
- If the matter is still unresolved, you may initiate dispute resolution through the Smart ODR portal.
